This week we had work overs again with the Skelleteå Elders. That was pretty great. It has been pretty cold here, and it's been snowing now and then. The snow never melts once it's on the ground so I feel like we will slowly be getting more and more snow. Haha. We also got to have dinner with our Branch president on Saturday. He is super cool. He used to be in the Army here in Boden and got pretty high up in the ranks, so when he was driving us home he showed us all the military bases and talked about what he used to be in charge of. Boden was a really big military town back in its day. It was apparently the largest one in Sweden for a while. It's still a pretty active military town which is kind of fun. There are tanks and forts all over the place. Pretty cool. Also we ate reindeer for two meals this week... It's actually really good. Sorry Rudolf...
I have exciting news! Sarah from Eskilstuna is going to Utah!! She was my investigator that got baptized!! You need to meet her!! She is literally the coolest! She is soo excited!
Anyway this week has been pretty fantastic. We made a quick trip to the Arctic Circle. No, not the Arctic Circle with the shakes and stuff, but THEE Arctic Circle! Haha. It was pretty cool. Cold. But Cool. It was amazing how many stars we were able to see out there. We could pretty much see the milky way from out there away from the city. It really was amazing to see just how many stars there were. I was in a state of awe. Just to see how huge this universe is. I think that might be why people don't believe in God as much anymore, because they don't look up to the stars anymore. The star lights have all be washed away by our own man made lights and we can no longer see God's glory. Anyway that is just my thoughts everything. Hopefully that made sense.
Anyway, I hope that you are all doing great! Enjoy the Warmth! Read your Scriptures! Say Your Prayers! Go to the Temple! Enjoy Life! Till next week!
