This week was a pretty busy. We got a few new investigators who are pretty fascinating. One is from Nevada, he moved here a year ago and has an interesting story. Apparently he was raised in a few different orphanages then joined the army for 4 years then was released after getting shot in the head. I get to talk with the coolest people sometimes. This week we have also been meeting with quite a few less actives as well. Over all this was a pretty good week. We got to go to Karlskrona for District meeting and it was a very beautiful city! We had time to look around after the meeting and before our train left. We got to go into a very big beautiful church.
This week I got to give a talk in Church. My talk was on the Joy of Missionary Work. I talked a little bit about Moms conversion story, and everyone seemed to really like that. It was fun to be able to talk about missionary work. I really have learned to love being a missionary. The experiences are priceless. Today I got an e-mail from Sarah talking a little bit more about her Baptism. She said "The water was so soft and warm and it was a great feeling going under and coming back up again, the spirit was strong within me and I felt this great relief as I came back up. Afterward there was lots of fruits and laughter. One of the girls said that I was radiating and that is how I felt!!!" It was so good to hear that she was doing good. It has been really fun to be able to hear from her. Being a missionary is so great!
This week we got our new beds after the whole bedbug thing. It was nice because I was able to sleep on a bed again after 5 days of sleeping on the ground. I was super happy to have a bed and a fan again. Okay so I have to tell you all of a drink they have here in Sweden. It's a drink with Aloe Vera in it! All the missionaries love it. Anyway I told you that because in the picture I am sending I am drinking the Aloe Vera Crink. By the way, sorry that there isn't a lot of cool photos this week. I will try to send more next week! This week we are going to Gothenburg for a Special Zone Conference with one of the members of the 70 there. I am super excited because I have never been to Gothenburg and it is the last major city I need to go to in Sweden!
Have a great week!
