This week my companion and I were doing weekly planning when we heard a knock at our door, we opened it and lo, behold, it was the Jehovah Witnesses! They saw are name tags and were like "oh! You’re the Mormons!” They were really nice and they offered to give us a pamphlet and we said "Oh! We have something to give you too!" We offered them a Book of Mormon and they rejected it, but they did take one of our pamphlets. We were both really respectful to each other and said that it was good that we are out to share God's (or Jehovah's) love with the world.
I got to have Cafe Rio this week! How? Well the sisters in our district sent us a shopping list and they made Cafe Rio from scratch! It actually tasted pretty dang good! So that was awesome!
I love serving a mission. I get to meet a lot of awesome new people every day! Äldste Falkner and I get along really well, and have a lot of laughs. Sometimes I will be caught off guard because he will say the D-word or the H-word because they aren't bad words in England. Be he tries to remember not to use them. I have been learning to read out of the Swedish Book of Mormon more. That has been fun to translate
Swedish Word of the Week:
"Och Det Hände Sig" - And It came to Pass. (Really useful when reading Scriptures)
