Well I have some exciting news! I am training! Yay! I will finally get the chance to train a new missionary. It's taken awhile because there hasn't been as many Elders coming into the field and a lot of older missionaries haven't trained yet but by some miracle I was called to train this transfer. I got the call last Friday so I got to go down to Stockholm on Friday for the Train the Trainers meeting. The training calls went out a week earlier than usual because President Beckstrand was going to be in Germany this week. Anyway, it was super cool to get to go down to the Stockholm. We had to fly down and stay the night with the office elders on Thursday. That was really fun to be able to see some of the missionaries in Stockholm. Some of them I hadn't seen in over a year. We had the Train the Trainers meeting in the mission home, which was weird because I hadn't been there since I first got to Sweden. We had lunch and ate these awesome Halloween cookies that Sister Beckstrand made. They tasted like America! It was great. We then had a great meeting about what it means to be a trainer and how important it is to do a good job because that sets the course for that missionary’s entire mission. The assistants gave some great advice and so did the Beckstrand’s. We discussed a lot about what success means as well which I think was super important. Well, I will be getting the new missionary on the 9th of November so I hope it will all go well.
Well that was pretty much the biggest thing that happened this week. We had some pretty good lessons with a couple of our investigators which was good. We also saw the northern lights again. It's getting darker and darker here each day but it all doing well. Sorry that this isn't as super long email this week. Well, November is coming and I hope you are all doing great!
Have a good week!
