Well this week was Elder Carters golden week, which means that I take more of the back seat while he takes charge in planning, teaching and pretty much everything that has to do with missionary work. It was a super awesome week. We had a specialized zone training on Tuesday in Umeå and it's was super awesome! There are quite a few changes being made to missionary schedule for missionary work all throughout the world starting next transfer. I guess we will just be having a little bit less time for studies and lunch so that there is more time for proselyting. It's is definitely going to take some time to get used to, but it's is super exciting to see how the Lord is hastening his work in the world. It's going to be a lot of work on President Beckstrand now also. I guess we will all be getting an interview from him once a transfer now. It is going to be exhausting for him to travel around Sweden every transfer to interview everyone one of the missionaries in the mission.
Anyway, when we got back to Boden we jumped right into going to work. We had a really great week planned this week. We currently have quite a few solid progressing investigators that we are meeting with pretty regularly. It really has been really fun teaching and this week it was hard for me at times to let Elder Carter take charge of the lessons. I have learned on my mission that I really like teaching and talking about the gospel. So I have really been working hard on leaving room for my companion to talk. Haha. So this week was super good for me to learn to put more trust in my companion. The nice thing is that Elder Carter is a super great missionary and he knows what he is doing. It has been crazy to see how much he has grown in these 11 weeks. I definitely feel like I, myself, have grown a lot this winter as well.
This week was a pretty busy week, we taught a lot of lessons and have been working hard to keep finding new investigators. A lot of our investigators right now are super cool and from all over the place. They are from Sweden, Turkey, Russia, Morocco, Uganda, Brazil, Afghanistan, Tunisia, and Israel. That is just our current investigators. It's is super cool here in the Sweden Stockholm mission because you really do get to meet people from all over the world. I guess that is what happens when you just go on the streets and talk with anyone who will talk with you. The nice thing too right now is that we have quite a few investigators from Sweden which is good. So we are working hard up here in Boden!
Anyway, thanks for everything!
