On Sunday we had a band play at the MTC for our evening devotional. I had the opportunity to be able to sing in the choir with them! It was way cool! They sang songs on Missionary work including a song called "I was Born". It was really cool. It was also nice to hear music other than the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. I miss music. We can't listen to music in our rooms. The weirdest songs pop in to your head when you haven't listened to your own music. Like the other day the Pokémon theme song got stuck in my head! Everyone sings around here too. Mostly all the missionaries around here sing songs like "Let’s get down to Business" from Mulan, or "Doe Ray Me" from Sound of Music. When you can't listen to music we just kinda just sing our own music.
So this week I got two new "Investigators" (They're actually just our teachers acting). Their names are Mashiad, who was raised Muslim, and Fredric, who is just another Swedish guy. It is so cool being able to teach people! You really learn to start loving the people you teach, and watch them as they grow closer their Heavenly Father.
I love the Elders in my district. We have so much fun together! We are the best district at Four Square in the MTC! XD We have all gotten really close with each other too. It's an amazing because each one of us has faced different challenges in our lives. Some of them have faced drug problems, pornography addiction, and depression. But we all have been able to overcome those problems, and become true servants of our Lord. I am so grateful for the atonement so they were able to overcome those problems and be worthy to serve a mission. Their testimonies have strengthened mine.
Thank you for the package! It was awesome to get! You have no idea how great it is to get mail. I was able to share the cookies with the branch presidency, so I think I got on their good side.
I've officially settled into the MTC. It is my life now, and I am having the time of my life. The spirit is so strong here. I know that each day I walk on holy ground. I feel stronger each day, physically, mentally, and spiritually. One of the songs that the Nashville Tribute band played, was a song about how missionary work will be the hardest thing you'll ever love to do. I really feel that.

P.S. Sorry there are no photos this week, the card reader on the computer isn't working and I didn't really take a lot of photos this week anyway.
